To defeat the state without being met with part of the military budget:

Stop working.

Stop paying taxes.

Stand up and say enough is enough!

Anything else is just babbling like you have blue hair.

Unfortunately there are no other options.

Fighting within the system against the system is just a slow road to compliance while they figure out what emotion strings to pull on, that make you move where they want.
