You are homo sapien sapien. You are adapted to run on a high fat, high protein diet of animal flesh and fat. Particularly of the ruminant variety and the more fat per oz of meat the better.

Plants are suboptimal and full of toxic compounds for humans. Lectins, natural pesticides, and up to hundreds of known carcinogens exist in plants. What I’ve said isn’t up for debate, just the facts.
