Sure thing. Land is going for $25k/acre in my area because of the water access.
I might need to take a road trip and take a peek. Might be good to get some just in case it catches on.
It's a decent area about an hour north of DFW on I35.

That's not a bad spot, especially if you want to be away from DFW. Wichita Falls has enough in it.
