Good morning, #nostriches!

I forgot to say that yesterday. Oops.

It's cold today, as you can see by the hoar frost:

By this point I've already:

Gotten up

Done a set of the breathing stuff

Joint mobility warmup

Pushups and body weight squats

Went outside on the deck barefoot to greet what little sun there is today

Drank salted water

Made eggs and tea for breakfast

Got the wood stove going

and started chatting with a bunch of people all over the world, including you nostriches.

I will be sipping my tea doing some reading through a second cup of tea, I may write some more, and then I have some errands to run. I may try to get my hairs cut while I'm out, in case I have a job interview. 😅

Until then, I'll be sitting in the rocking chair by the wood stove:
