Really my ideal customer is anyone wanting to learn to live more sustainably. I don’t think that’s limited a certain demographic. Ideally I want my community to thrive so we’re more resilient together. I definitely am in a niche market here in Oklahoma where many people aren’t interested in eating Local or even considering a garden. I sense there is a growing Desire to learn though, especially after the pandemic. I want to be ahead of the curve And be able to help people learn while also being able to make a living off teaching them Or helping them build their space.
