Not directly. Just like most stores don't take BTC directly.
Cake Pay (from Cake Wallet) allows you to buy gift cards from hundreds of different merchants with XMR or BTC.
BTC is being adopted at a rate where I can bank on spending it directly, and I can change to fiat monies way more easily if need be.
I just don't get the draw in paying for random things which don't require such privacy with monero unless you're also saving in monero - which might be a mental illness.
Monero is just so easy to use.
- No need to manage UTXOs or worry about consolidation
- Receiver privacy is excellent
- Cheap to use,
- Payments are as reliable as on-chain bitcoin.
I don't keep much, but it's a great way for me to get rid of doxxic change from whirlpool
You should just use WabiSabi coinjoins instead of Whirlpool coinjoins so doxxic change is never created at all.
