I know I did bad when I see the chiropractor and he goes, „Heather when is the last time you stretched your piriformis?”

I don’t even know what a piriformis is lol

It’s this thing 😉 and it sits on a big, long nerve

That. That’s what hurts

So you gotta stretch your piriformis. You also gotta do your hamstrings, unclench your buttocks, and build core strength. It’s a good time 🎉
