Due to the constraints imposed by Apple, we are not able to support external wallets on iOS. We are, however, planning to continue to support external wallets on Android, via NWC.

Is this the reason zaps are enabled on primal? Apple requires that you maintain an integrated wallet? Curious how you were able to get around the constraints put on Damus

We never got the official word from Apple, just observed that apps with an integrated wallet and the ability to perform in-app purcases of sats are allowed, per the approach pioneered by nostr:npub1current7ntwqmh2twlrtl2llequeks0zfh36v69x4d3wmckg427safsh3w.
