Are you on iOS 16

If you are on iOS 16, you should be able to touch and hold the Lock Screen and customize it.

From your Home Screen, swipe down. Hold down on your Lock Screen, click customize, select Lock Screen, then hold down just under the clock until the widget menu shows up. Then add Block Screen widgets you want.
