Probably. Idk about you, but I would be scared shitless to bring such a large suit against someone in a court of law knowing damn well I couldn’t prove anything. Is there no legal consequence for lying to the courts about things like this?

I was in a thread with nostr:npub17u5dneh8qjp43ecfxr6u5e9sjamsmxyuekrg2nlxrrk6nj9rsyrqywt4tp about this very thing. The only recourse is for individual judges to find him in contempt of court but so far not one of them has.

I guess lying on the stand is A-Okay with both UK and US judges.

Could the judges be held responsible for misuse of power? I guess it boils down to the courts want to make money and so they openly welcome cases and don’t want to discourage them.
