The amount of cholesterol in the blood is of no importance. (Apart from for selling statins 🤡) What is important is whether it is oxidised or not ; and this is only measured in research labs. If you eat polyunsaturated fats (seed oils) or fat from animals that have been fed seed oils (ie chicken and pork) then your cholesterol will be oxidised. It is oxidised cholesterol that causes heart disease.

Wasn’t aware of the oxidation angle. Will look into it. Beef has always been the preferred protein vehicle, but I do love my bacon.
These animals are the same species. They can breed and produce fertile offspring .
One eats root vegetables, fruit, eggs and meat.
The other eats soy, grains and the used polyunsaturated oil from fast food restaurants.

How do we make sure the chickens we eat aren’t eating seed oils?
