My buds who keep cows and make artisanal cheese are not fixin’ to spread their recipes, though it would be fine, IMHO, cause who can duplicate their Holstein cows grazing on their organic grass in their particular environment to create just the flavor of their dairy products?

Oh…did I just ask how to make the house sauce?

My hope was: here have the quick farm cheese recipe in 3-4 weeks with these simple ingredients and 15 min technique

Ummm. Seems like it is way longer than that. But surely a simple rendering could be had.

While understandable, I have been disappointed by my own hopes going beyond reality.

I will ask if such a creature exists. My peeps are withdrawn, Pennsylvanian Dutch, warm and kind, if one passes muster, and I have them on speed dial. Their products are usually sold out because the regional restaurants snap them up before the public has a chance. BBIT
