I have already saved it under the menu item "Blossom Servers". But there is another menu item called "NIP-96 Servers". Do I have to enter it there too?

You only need to add it on the Blossom servers. Then when you hit the upload button, choose a picture, the first screen back on Amethyst allows you to choose a server.

I'm online on my PC at the same time and am currently using the nostrudel client. I haven't yet figured out how to connect a lightning wallet directly to it so that I can zap without my phone.
Do you know how to do that and would you explain it to me?
At the moment, when I zap on my PC, I open the zap dialog and then have a QR code displayed, which I then execute with my phone.
I don't know much about lightning on desktop and I don't know what lightning wallet you are using 😂
NWC is a nostr wallet protocol. Ideally you would find a desktop client and a wallet that supports nwc (alby hub does).
As a second option you would need a desktop lightning wallet. Then the desktop nostrudel should open the lightning wallet on your PC.
