I told my husband that i would be cooking a beef roast in the crockpot tomorrow. It's one of our favorite things, because its so versatile. I like to shred it, then we can have leftovers like sandwiches, tacos, and beef salad. And then there's my very favorite, omelettes with shredded beef and peppers. I just saw him getting the crocpot out, and he set it on the counter for me. #grownostr #foodstr #homesteading
