I’ve managed to get to 52 years of age without ever having lost a single beloved family member or close friend. I’m bracing myself for the losses of my grandparents, parents, and maybe some friends in the next couple of years.

I hope that you get some time with your grandmothers before they pass on. My fav grandmother is such a gem and still very “with it”, despite barely hanging in there these last 5 years.

All we can do is live lives that will honor them when they are gone. ✌🏽
