Usual homestead walking, shoveling, schlepping plus

20 minutes of kettlebell lower body exercises (Cossack squats, single leg deadlift 😫, sumo squats) and some work with bands. Plus of course 100 nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh- inspired kb swings (42, 45, 13).

I have SO many hour-long workouts that I'd like to do, but 20 minutes with a kb I can fit into my life right now and I've been consistent this month thanks to nostr:npub17nvfw7g53nxjghyd2zg552z06cke0jc0k69hj7ns7f9pw26j9kusap4u85's challenge 🙏

My favorite ones are the ones that fit into regular life like walking, and shoveling 🫂

Yes! they're amazing, but there's definitely something useful about the more focused exercises. I feel both stronger and more flexible going about the bucket-carrying etc when I'm working regularly with kettlebells or yoga/bodyweight movements.

I've always done compact workouts. I hate exercise so much that I never wanted to do more than necessary.
