Gacha games are so fucking fiat.
I know the science behind it.. it's like MK ultra but even worse. All our devices emit blue light which is used to control us, add gambling to the mix and you"ll have guys like this totally ruining his life. It's not the games, it's the light. I know that sounds crazy at first, I thought the same.
i stopped completely about 2 years ago, even dropped Umamusume that is my favorite franchise right now. Also allergic to live service games, even if they are MMOs (I spent 8 years on FFXIV).

Changing your light setup to UV/infrared is recommended. I know it sounds batshit crazy but literally all our diseases are related to light.
I've believed crazier things 😅 recently I've gotten very into studying electromagnetic aspects of our bodies so this isn't that far out of line with those philosophies.
