Yeah, those steaks probably cost $50/lb and worth it. Waygu hamburger is amazing too! Just please, if you aren’t going to eat it rare, save it for someone else!

I don't eat them rare but I do love medium rare leaning more towards the rare side. If you eat well done....... you have sinned against meat and the animal hates you for it lol
It seems to be a spectrum. Per technical definition I enjoy medium rare-rare, not tartar, but if you’re in a restaurant, order it bloody so you end up medium right? The good sear is key. Crunchy fat on the outside, purple line on the inside.
