When I get him on the phone dude is like: "I've been in business for 30 years, I'll show you how it's done." Says he is going to "cross some things out and send it back."
This is after I received the deposit & purchased materials.
In my head I'm just thinking "ok boomer".

He was so arrogant, -being in business for 30 years just means you are old. Go to a home already and free up that realistate.
iv already decided I'm going to add a 0 to the Change order just on GP if doesn't like it we can go with the original agreement or take it to small claims.
