#[0] who were the people in the first wave of Twitter adoption and what propelled the move to a broader audience?

Zapping and talking with bitcoiners is great, but I’m trying to think of how we position this to others in our lives that will be a part of the broader scaling.

Open to hear all ideas from the great minds here.

Helpful quality notes and proof of work + Zaps should do the thing

This is an underdiscussed topic on nostr.

To start, the mobile app experience just isn’t quite there for most non-tech folks. The smoother, easier, and less confusing onboarding and usage gets, the easier it will be.

Yes, especially the experience with keys. As a bitcoiner, it’s easy but very different for no coiners.

Is there a way to do group DMs? That would be a big improvement to replace centralized messaging.

Not yet, that I’m aware of.

Twitter was a slow grind, vs something like FB or IG.

I was thinking that we could post recordings of our farts more often. From what I’ve seen on other social media platforms, the users really love to smell their own farts, so we could signal to them that we love our farts too.

Lol maybe it scales faster with farts than bitcoin hahaha

Maybe let people import follows lists that they get from known people and dont need to start in trash global and follow users one by one
