Not sure about only Primal, but here are nostr stats.
Don’t have Primal specific numbers, but the stats from nostr.band are probably our best estimates of active Nostr users
FYI, nostr is app-independent. You can use primal, amethyst, and a plethora of others, and they all access the same data / posts. The difference comes in what functions they provide, such as a built in lightning wallet, etc.
