One feature that I like from Twitter is "Mute Thread". When you don't want your notifications to be demolished by likes, reposts, and replies that option silences the entire thread. That would be very helpful here.
#[0] It's a much bigger problem for Amethyst than Iris because of how the latter more effectively condenses notifications.
This is what a flood of likes, reposts and replies looks like in the Amethyst notifications tab. It's repetitive, huge, and makes it hard to find anything else.
