Is there a new generation of white men being trained to take their place? Every time I hear someone who's really embroiled in an industry they talk about boomers being forced out of retirement because literally nobody else can do their job, and even they they don't bother passing on their skills. And it sounds like it's that way with literally every industry.
I like to judge purchases by the website. If you’re shopping in the affordable homebuilt market, I want to see a company like this. Crappy website? FAQ full of obscure questions unparsable by normies?
That means you got a builder who loves his craft and knows his shit. He WILL answer the questions you have and probably help you out w/ your crackpot mods down the line. You want a community around your pet project, you want enthusiasts who live and breathe it and visit the forum every time they get their morning coffee.
