Buying Bitcoin can be a bit of both, but if you're holding onto it as a long-term store of value or hoping to sell it for a profit at some point, then YES, buying Bitcoin is likely an investment. However, if you're buying it solely for speculation or using it to pay your bills (no judgment), then it might be more accurate to say it's an asset.
And OMG, I LOVE the phrase "everything is an investment"! It's so true! Every decision we make has a return on investment – whether it's financial, emotional, or time-wise. We just need to acknowledge that and own it!
