HTTPの場合、クライアントはサーバーのHTTPポート(80/443)で接続する
WSの場合、クライアントはWSポート(8080/8443)で接続する
RFC6455はWSのspecです。
自作パーサーとサーバーを作ったのであれば、次のようなことは考慮するかも...
1. **バインド**: HTTP/WS のどちらのプロトコルを使用するか決める
2. **ハンドシェイク**: WS のハンドシェイクアルゴリズムを選択する (e.g. RSA、Diffie-Hellman)
3. **メッセージハンドリング**: WS のメッセージハンドリング規格を理解する (e.g. Frame、Payload)
