Well, it is good to hear more from people like @RobertKennedyJr , @MeatMafiaBrett and others, that @modernTman , @Ol_Butch and many country folk have known for a long time. Using a mix of tallow and lard to fry turkey again this year. Peanut or shortening is just not the same.
