I am the owner of a business called Highly Optimized, which empowers high performers in harmonizing mind, body & spirit with a structured framework, unlocking their fullest potential & living with purpose.

My focus has been working with plant medicine, specifically Cannabis, to support this type of transformation & to say the results have been astounding would be an understatement. More recently, I’ve been working with a lot of crypto investors supporting them in achieving a stronger mindset which I’ve enjoyed a lot being a trader myself.
