I’m using Damus because it seems Nostr isn’t available on the App Store. Are they the same thing or different?

I am the owner of a business called Highly Optimized, which empowers high performers in harmonizing mind, body & spirit with a structured framework, unlocking their fullest potential & living with purpose.
My focus has been working with plant medicine, specifically Cannabis, to support this type of transformation & to say the results have been astounding would be an understatement.
