Right.

So if, for example, a Big Pharma company with a documented history of deceptive marketing and corruption tells you their new drug is totally safe, it's in keeping with scientific method to ask for proof instead of blindly listening to the MSM when they quote what later turned out to be false data ("95% effectiveness rate!")

Likewise the same scepticism is justified when Big Pharma claims their new potent opioid meds are "non-addictive" because they slapped a time release on them.

Urm yeah I think it's scientifically valid to question Big Pharma strongly and take everything they say with a huge pinch of salt.

Having worked in pharma marketing for a number of years - questioning big pharma isn’t questioning science. It’s questioning corporate greed. When you only release studies that are favorable and spin results to make them sound better than they are - that’s not science.
