Is there a reason I still see Arabic and Chinese with the following setting on?

Do you have “show only preferred languages” on?
Does that option filter out Diffrent languages or does it translate them?

So then how do i force notes to be translated? I have all the settings on and its still not translating

It is off. My goal is to see Chinese and Arabic, but be able to read them (English). Confused how to achieve this.
Its possible the configured translator is not working. I use https://translate.nostr.wine and it works great
