I like the theory that dreams are just snapshots from parallel universes where copies of me have their own business.

мои отвечают что нет такого... еще не придумали... может рассказать?

I am a heavy dreamer and thinking about that very often.

Did you tried lucid dreaming? I strongly advise to test it. Played with it a lot some years back. It takes some practice and excersise but it is very self changing experience.

Yes. Doin it for years. Scary stuff 😅

Why scary? Playing God is fun.

I am doin it for many years now and I have never experienced it in a godlike way.

I am not able to control the dream at all. I just know that I am in a dream. (I have a 100 % working dream-test, like in the movie Inception)

Usually I start to panic, want to get out and freak out while trying to wake up. Most of my experience with that is very frightening. Some is cool.

I've only had controllable lucid dreams a small handful of times and man, oh man, is it a wild time.

Only pulled it off during a brief break from cannabis. Generally speaking I don't get to even remember having dreamt at all...

Try sleep diary. It helps.

Yes it does 👍

Always though that, but also they are glimpse of this universe too, but just in a different time. Happened often I had a presc-vu or déjà-vu where I have felt to living something I already dreamed before.

Hope one day to be able to recognize when I am dreaming and trying to live it at its fullest and having a "lucid dream".

Go for it. For me WILD method and reality-test method was most successful. In worst case you will remember more dreams (one or two from each night) and they will be clearer and more realistic.

Never heard about them, will do a research, thanks! 🍀

First you need to start from sleep diary. When you will write down your dreams each morning first thing you wake up your mind will switch and start to remember more of them.

Did you enjoy Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness?

I think I don't know what you are referring to. I've crossed out popculture out of my life long time ago.

You’re probably better off not seeing it. However, one of its premises is that dreaming is experiencing the life of an alternate self in a parallel universe.
