If I was Biden I would declare a national emergency, build the best and fastest border walls, starting in all the republic states, then bill them afterwards from their police budget.

I remember a time when we only needed 5 billion to finish the wall. Then Biden halted the funds that were already allotted to the project and sold the materials that had already been purchased.
Now he’s dismantling borders that the states are putting up on their own dime. What makes you think he wants a wall at all?
Where do you see that he is dismantling the borders? That seems kind of weird...I understand rebudgeting funds, but coming into a state and just taking their walls?
