nostr:npub1ajlrwgfj4yerhqf7ady03h7wmtk2qr3gs7h3sxcx83k05yld36sswpzx3q but customers will need to purchase Bitcoin first, send it to the wallet address, and move the on chain sats to lightning before using. Non custodial wallet and you cannot buy bitcoin in the wallet UI. Too many steps? 😬

So many steps.

I tried. Damn, this is a hard list to make. I don’t think it’s possible without the wallets that have been excluded from the running. Then again, I’m still a newb so I’m probably wrong. 🤷‍♂️

Here’s what I’ve got so far… tell me this won’t make a new user’s head spin.

But you still can’t buy Bitcoin directly from these wallets. The only work around would be customers with no bitcoin receive sats from someone who already has sats (a friend they came with or other patrons) on lightning that they would then send to the new wallet address.

This would be a quick and easy way to introduce someone to Bitcoin!

In New York, buying bitcoin is mostly limited to a small handful of approved exchanges, mainly Coinbase, Gemini, and Cash App, plus ATMs like LibertyX.
