Can someone recommend me a simple, core-feature client, that allows me to subscribe only to two or three relays and only write to and from them, not to anything hard-coded and not to my mailboxes?

Like, I want to have our AUTH GitCitadel.nostr1.com relay (for the project team), purplepage.es for profile data, and some search relays.
