Magnetism … how do I incorporate that?

I’m doing daily grounding, morning / mid sunlight, alkaline water, fatty fish 2x/wk for DHA, coconut oil for skin and meat/fruit for meals …

Sleep close to the ground or get a magnetico mattress (pretty expensive tho)

Places with volcanoes 🌋 around have more magnetic fields, so it’s a great place to ground too.
