Never have I ever lived this close to a wildfire. Closest one is around 1 hour drive.
PM2.5 readings here are slowly rising and we are now averaging 10 micrograms per cubic meter in particulate matter inside the home. Another sensor reporting roughly 110 ppm, whatever that means.

Unfortunately something we deal with a lot in Aus.
AirVisual is a good app for getting info on air quality near you. If it hits red you should wear a mask if you’re going outdoors for a period.
Always good to have a go bag ready and know your evac routes too. You don’t want to be stuffing around packing when an evac notice comes through, other people are likely to panic and do dumb shit so be self sufficient to get out of harms way.
