Interesting. Helps increase serotonin. Beneficial for sleep I imagine?

It's also the precursor for melatonin, doubleplusgood for sleep.

Is it something that creates a dependancy? Or you just take it ponctually?

I've never used it for more than a couple weeks, but I've never had any issues with discontinuing it's use. I'm not sure about longer term.

It’s nice that it’s easy to stop using. A practical tool to help
