Haha well in tea I donโ€™t know ๐Ÿ˜œ however nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh has tried it in tea and he liked it ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

I should not that I only added grass-fed butter or ghee and coconut oil to my coffee because I have read many articles that suggest several potential health benefits and I have yet to look up this data for tea.

Some benefits I read about in regards to adding grass-fed butter or ghee ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Sustained energy: apparently the combination of caffeine from coffee and fats from butter can provide a longer-lasting energy boost compared to plain coffee.

2. Mental clarity: Some people reported an increased mental focus and clarity after consuming butter coffee, possibly due to the combination of caffeine and healthy fats.

3. Appetite control: The high fat content in butter coffee may help keep you feeling full and satisfied, potentially reducing cravings and aiding in weight management.

๐Ÿ‘ŒThis was the main factor for me trying it

4. Nutrient absorption: The healthy fats in butter can help improve the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins present in coffee or consumed alongside it.

I believe it is also called bulletproof coffee and is popular in North India, Vietnam, and Singapore.

I had heard about it before, but never tried it. I do also drink coffee so will try it soon.

Yes! Except I didnโ€™t see what the exact measurements were lol I just added a random amount of butter and coconut oil ๐Ÿ˜… so not sure if mine was the exact bulletproof mix, but yes those were the articles I was reading.
