Haha well in tea I don’t know 😜 however nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh has tried it in tea and he liked it πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I should not that I only added grass-fed butter or ghee and coconut oil to my coffee because I have read many articles that suggest several potential health benefits and I have yet to look up this data for tea.

Some benefits I read about in regards to adding grass-fed butter or ghee πŸ‘‡

1. Sustained energy: apparently the combination of caffeine from coffee and fats from butter can provide a longer-lasting energy boost compared to plain coffee.

2. Mental clarity: Some people reported an increased mental focus and clarity after consuming butter coffee, possibly due to the combination of caffeine and healthy fats.

3. Appetite control: The high fat content in butter coffee may help keep you feeling full and satisfied, potentially reducing cravings and aiding in weight management.

πŸ‘ŒThis was the main factor for me trying it

4. Nutrient absorption: The healthy fats in butter can help improve the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins present in coffee or consumed alongside it.

What kind of tea?

If it’s for a Britt, most likely Black tea (English breakfast) or maybe even Earl Grey.

I'm a Brit, so that question is non sequitur.

Shh. Don't tell anyone, but I drink Earl Grey!

πŸ˜‚πŸ«‚ never would have guessed your choice in tea and I’m assuming no one else would know this just because you are a Brit so I’ll keep it a secret lol πŸ˜…πŸ‘Œ

This will be our quiet little secret... LOL

To directly answer the question, I drink a lot of fruity herbals. It's almost like eating a delicious, buttery pastry.
