Yes. Grass-fed organic butter + MCT oil :)
Tried but donโt like it
No, but I've experimented with butter in various types of tea, and I kinda like it.
Good morning, Duchess! ๐๐ซ๐
Oh interesting ๐ง
Have you ever tried Tibetan butter tea?
GM! This is the first time I've heard of that... ๐ฒ๐งโ
You should look into it, itโs actually got some health benefits.
Never tried it ๐
Do you add anything else?
i sometimes add cacao butter
probably will switch to beef dripping later because cacao butter is gonna get really expensive
cacao butter and beef dripping have stearic acid in them (which makes it waxy) and this and other fats in these are miracle foods, i can't recommend strongly enough for you to add them to your stack
Gm Duchess, my coffee is for staring into the abyss, never heard of butter in coffee before. I did a raw yoke once.
But wouldnโt the head from the coffee cook the egg?
Yup, made my coffee look like i was peering into a galaxy, nostr:npub1fhpw2ux9flhcxyl6xp84996qgnkkcy59zqzjvq9fhpxcx7upymus69ds8n says it makes her nails & hair much better

Morning Duchess.
I used to add butter to my coffee, drinking it black right now to lose some weight. As soon as I am back down itโs back to the butter. I miss it, itโs fabulous
Iโve tried the Bulletproof recipe a few times. I should probably do so more often. IMHO some chocolate flavored protein powder is a big enhancement. Also make sure itโs unsalted butter, preferably grass fed.
supplements save bad coffee by reducing bitterness or flavor defects. They do not make good coffee better.
no just coffee cheese

GM. Yes -- obviiiii
Omg hi, just checked out your profile. I donโt meet many yogis that eat meat โ nice to meet you.
I heard it should be tastier with butterโฆ but I refuse to do it ๐
Oh and GM ๐๐ป
I fought it for two years ๐ so I understand. Itโs a huge mind f*ck lol but then I came to the conclusion that if I put milk or cream in my coffee itโs literally the same thing. So I finally did it and I actually like it.
Well
Youโre not wrong ๐ค
But why does it feel wrong ๐
๐๐๐ I dono, but I for sure understand you because I was there for two years lol.
๐ I might give it a try this weekend, maaaaaybe
you really put butter in your coffee? that's... interesting... good morning ๐
Itโs a new thing Iโm trying, I came to the conclusion that butter is basically milk in a different form so itโs fine lol. Actually tastes good, but I also added coconut oil.
GM, how is it in tea?
Asking for a Brit!
Haha well in tea I donโt know ๐ however nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh has tried it in tea and he liked it ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I should not that I only added grass-fed butter or ghee and coconut oil to my coffee because I have read many articles that suggest several potential health benefits and I have yet to look up this data for tea.
Some benefits I read about in regards to adding grass-fed butter or ghee ๐
1. Sustained energy: apparently the combination of caffeine from coffee and fats from butter can provide a longer-lasting energy boost compared to plain coffee.
2. Mental clarity: Some people reported an increased mental focus and clarity after consuming butter coffee, possibly due to the combination of caffeine and healthy fats.
3. Appetite control: The high fat content in butter coffee may help keep you feeling full and satisfied, potentially reducing cravings and aiding in weight management.
๐This was the main factor for me trying it
4. Nutrient absorption: The healthy fats in butter can help improve the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins present in coffee or consumed alongside it.
What kind of tea?
If itโs for a Britt, most likely Black tea (English breakfast) or maybe even Earl Grey.
Brit *
I'm a Brit, so that question is non sequitur.
Shh. Don't tell anyone, but I drink Earl Grey!
๐๐ซ never would have guessed your choice in tea and Iโm assuming no one else would know this just because you are a Brit so Iโll keep it a secret lol ๐ ๐
This will be our quiet little secret... LOL
To directly answer the question, I drink a lot of fruity herbals. It's almost like eating a delicious, buttery pastry.
You can't make a good cappuccino with skimmed milk. The fatty part matters.
While whole milk cover up coffee aroma, butter only compliments it.

Are you adding the chocolate in there ๐ซ๐ค๐

When I worked at Diet Doctor I did. But even they have now realized, extra fat do add up. Calories from fat isnโt free just because you eat keto or low carb. If you do eat fat, have it from some real food so you get all the nutrients. Also. I prefer my coffee black. ๐
