Bought a bunch of uncured bacon, cured is probably fine too. I have one of those cheap dehydrator, which works good enough. You can buy one from Walmart for like 40 bucks. You just put the bacon in and have it dehydrate for like four hours and it’s done.

Definitely gonna try that cuz we already have a dehydrator. Salt and pepper? Or any vinegar or anything?

Usually the bacon is seasoned already so not even any seasoning. Super convenient.

You want the lean ones though. Fat doesn’t really dehydrate. So the leaner the better. If you can get whole pieces of bacon, cut it a little thicker. I prefer thicker pieces.
