My husband discovered Baldurโ€™s Gate 3, and I think he has become one with his computer now.

I still remember playing BG1 on my family PC. It came with 6 CDs and you had to change them out depending on the section of the map you were entering ๐Ÿ˜…

Same here. It's the only BG game I actually finished.

Remember when going between maps and getting ambushed?

Narrator would say something like 'you have been way Lay'd by Bandits, and must defend yourself' ๐Ÿ˜…

Yup, and the mage would always be at the front to get instantly taken out.

Hahaha

I lost my wife to BG3 for about 6 months. I still miss both...

Baldurs Gate 3 and now Clair Obscur are very good games produced by medium studios. Put into perspective when you compare agains multiple hundred million AAA slop.

I am playing Lines of Battle nowadays. Battleground tactics always exciting.

My husband and I discovered that a year or so ago and sometimes we would have to spend 10 hours on one fight ๐Ÿ˜‚ great game though!

And how do you manage or feel about it?

Iโ€™m glad heโ€™s having fun.

Not seen this yet. Will need to take a look now. Curiousity is killing me. I worried though as I have a very addictive personality......๐Ÿ˜Œ

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ one or two weeks to finish

If you two like board games try gloomhaven:jaws of the lion, itโ€™s essentially baldurs gate 3 in a board game but not as time intensive as D&D
