Quite the contrast between the old-versioned ghee and the new regular ghee! Don’t be alarmed. The old version of GreatGhee is what is now the Premium 100% grass fed Clarified butter option that is offered.

The jar that Satoshi Coffee Co is using is our regular pasture-raised option. NOT 100% grass fed, which means less vitamins and less beta-carotene which gives it that color, but still all of the same cooking benefits with oxidation point, smoke point, etc.

Wow. I thought that may be the case when I saw that video. Huge difference. You were out of the 100% when I ordered so I *settled* for this. Can still confirm it's delicious and pairs well with our beans 🫂🤝

Yep! It’s a bit of a settle, and a more neutral flavor, but still better on every metric than Tallow and other animal or non animal cooking fats 🫡

Wow! That is a pretty wild difference. I didn’t see the pasture-raised option when I bought mine, maybe I’ll pickup one of each next time 💪

Yes! You bought right before I reformed my product offering. Both I have now are from cows raised on pastures outside in the sun and on grass. The difference is that my regular offering, the lighter colored option, is from cows that are supplemented with grains and corn grown on the same farm they are on. And the 100% grass fed one is as the title implies. More expensive, for more nutrients.
