He is right. I'm on Muun wallet with some sats and before I send LN tx it converts from on chain to LN wallet..and this is where high fees destroy you.

Muun wallet uses sub-atomic swaps and is not actual lightning. I love Muun, but that is not what I’m talking about.

It is one wallet..correct? So you're saying that when I spent on Lightning it doesn't convert from on-chain to LN? So what additional fees besides LN apply on Muun?

When you send to Muun via lightning there are not fees. When you spend from Muun there are. There are no LN fees on Muun. It’s all on chain fees.
