I used Sleep Cycle for awhile and liked it. I was conflicted on how I felt about it “listening” all night though so eventually just switched to using an alarm on my phone/watch.
Yeah fair point. Could also just stop looking at nostr and crypto until mid night and I'd probably solve my sleep issues 🫣
My alarm clock is having a baby 😂. It works but expensive.
Yeah I feel you. I've already had 3 of that particular type of alarm clock.
Looking for something slightly less drastic.
