We voted for it in 2016, it only happened in 2020.

Probably due to the labour shortage from Brexit. Under the EU, Eastern Europeans would work in the UK. I recall the Latvian drivers and Romanians puzzling about it and having to leave.

Obviously that gap needs to be filled least you loose gdp
