Do people really go to Korean barbecues and not burn anything? Or do we all just pretend burned food is delicious?

Teach me your secrets. I think I got like 60% of the cuts right this time.

Yeah, Korean barbecue is like self-checkout at the grocery store.

I like Korean barbecue. I think they are really healthy food and they like to eat garlic a lot .😁

I've only gone once, and we went with a Mexican married to a Korean who had been there before. They managed to not burn anything. Unfortunately, I don't know their secret or I would share it.

Why you burning your food vitor!? Gotta keep an eye on your stuffs

I am not used to thin cuts and sugar seasoning. :)

You dont need the marinated one you can just get the brisket itself!

Now i need a kbbq night. Looks like I'm making reservations for Saturday night, thx vitor.

I usually undercook everything. It is better than burn ones πŸ˜…

My favorite Korean bbq has a raw glaze that they caramalize right on top of the ribs with a torch , sprinkle some toasted seasame seeds ans green onions ,, it’s a hit.

Getting the right amount of char is a fine balance.

Also they fuck with your heat. The first round is hella hot making it cook fast. The next rounds they turn down the heat. Making it harder to get a proper char and changing your cook time. You gotta ask them to leave it hot.

Yeah fuck that. I thought I had it dialed in and then the waiter fucks me over.

Yeah, I'm not quite sure if that happens at every Korean barbecue place, but so far all the ones that I've been to ive have had to specifically request that they do not mess with my heat. At least as soon as I caught on to that trick.
