I've seen a lot more from Masjid than Eva, but they both seem like people who are doing a lot of good work.

Is there anything specific you can point to that demonstrates they are faking it for the money? Maajid was sacked from a well paid job at LBC radio because of his principled position on the scamdemic.

It’s unlikely that he’s “faking it”, as in, he’s paid controlled dissent. He just values monetized views for complaining over providing actual solutions.

He rails against CBDCs and the war on cash, even on Rogan, but never talks about Bitcoin. If he was a serious person who wanted a solution, he’d be talking about Bitcoin. I pointed this out to him on Twitter.

He’s also the main source of cash fetishization and Bitcoin apprehension among Muslims. He’s doing a disservice to that group specifically.

It can be hard for older and/or less technical people to understand bitcoin and see the potential.

It can also be hard to tell whether someone is promoting bitcoin because it is a solution to many problems, or because they are invested and their return depends on BTC popularity increasing.

He is probably rejecting bitcoin because he doesn't understand it and is worried about scams. He will come around is my guess.
