The situation in Europe is much the same. An indigenous elite tries to insulate itself in the more expensive areas but still votes "liberal", enabling the decline of their race. I guess they (subconsciously) bet on a two-tier system where a small white elite can lord over the colored masses. Sidenote: white America is of course genetically not strictly Anglo-Saxon, it's just that the English language won out.
