That’s what I stated doing but somehow it just led me to carbs 😢

The amount of meat one has to consume was just making me not want it. I got tired fast.

Try eating less. I fasted and then when broke fast found eating less but still satisfied with plenty energy and felt great. I was just over eating without realising it

I felt lacking in energy and constantly thinking about food when I ate less. Felt better when I started eating when I was hungry without counting hours. But that just makes me more sick of meat faster.

Phase that’s passed through with fasting. Been through same thing. I’m not fully carnivore. Probably 70% meat and the rest now eggs, nuts, veg and a bit of carbs. Went from falling asleep every day around 2pm for a nap and having low energy to loads of energy all day. Dropping breakfast helped too

I tried without breakfast and that just made me super hungry at lunch.

Put it this way. People are being dogmatic on diet. Everyone is an individual. Finding what’s right for you requires personal experimentation and awareness of changes

Yeah this seems to be right. And I haven’t found what works for me yet

Keep playing! It’s interesting to see the changes. Make sure to give body time to adapt and demonstrate its reaction and adjust. Some things are harder to change. I haven’t had sugar in diet for over 20 years and it tastes sickly to me but watch others try to kick it and have trouble. Some things take months to mentally and physically adjust to. Enjoy the process and don’t beat up on yourself

Things may change depending on age, climate.... Get rid of the one fits all mindset.

Ironically that is also why maximalism won't work. Life seeks balance between opposing forces.

What carbs? I switch to just potatoes and sweet potato (makes a great mash and a touch of cinnamon rocks) and bananas for carbs. No refined shit
